Elementary School – Centralia, WA
Fire Damage Investigation and Emergency Shoring
On May 27, 2006, a fire damaged much of the roof structure of the 1922 school building located in Centralia, Washington. We were retained to determine the extent of damage and to determine what upgrades would be required to meet the requirements of the current building code in the reconstruction of the school building. In addition, we also provided temporary shoring plans and details to the contractor for the exterior walls during the demolition phase of the project.
